INFORMATION FOR EXHIBITORS
EXHIBITING AT FLOW
To book your exhibition space at FLOW you can write an email to expo@flow-festival.it or call via phone the number: +39.333.3871844.
The staff of Flow will contact you as soon as possible to discuss the details of your participation.
The payment for the exhibition space must be made in advance of the date of the event, following the issue of the invoice.
LOGISTICS
Spaces for exhibitors are distributed over public areas within Finale Ligure and are located between Finalborgo, Piazza Vittorio Emanuele II, Piazza di Spagna and the seafront Migliorini. Exhibitors will be allocated a space by the organisers. The check-in will take place at the info point in Via Concezione. Once the check-in is completed, the staff of Flow will guide the Exhibitors to their assigned spaces.
ACCESS, UNLOADING AND STAND SET-UP
Access to the exhibition areas is permitted from 09:00 to 19:00 on the 26th of September 2018.
The time schedule for the set-up of the exhibition area may vary in case of adverse weather conditions. In such situations, the organisers will promptly communicate the changes to the Exhibitors.
PARKING
Each Exhibitor is entitled to one parking pass. Exhibitors with stands larger that 20 sqm will be provided with two parking passes. Parking in the exhibition area is not permitted, unless otherwise agreed with the organisers. The passes to access the reserved parking zones will be handed over during the check-in and the Exhibitors will need to complete them with the name of their company, the registration number of the vehicle/vehicles and a phone contact number.
OPENING HOURS OF EXHIBITION AREAS
Friday 27 September, 10.00-19:00
Saturday 28 September, 9.00-19:00
Sunday 39 Semptember, 9.00-19:00
SURVEILLANCE SERVICE
Nigh-time surveillance of the exhibition areas will be provided between 20:00 and 8:00, on the 26h, 27th, 28th and 29th of Semptember. Different arrangements can be put in place with those exhibitors who wish additional surveillance for their stands.

DISMANTLING
The dismantling will start at 19.00 on Sunday 29th of September.
Dismantling before the established hours and any vehicle are forbidden.
